Aging in Action

Helping older adults age in place with independence, dignity, and support. You do not have to figure it out alone.

What Aging in Action Is

Aging in Action helps older adults remain as safe, independent, and supported as possible while continuing to live at home.

Whether you are planning ahead, facing a new challenge, helping a loved one, or simply unsure where to start, Aging in Action offers practical help, guidance, and connection.
