  • The “Care Partner Network” Facebook Group
  • E-Newsletters providing encouragement as well as helpful tips
  • Reminders for area support groups, including the support group held at our local senior center
  • Discounts to classes
  • Access to professionals and referrals
  • A voice in shaping care partner support in our community

What is a care partner?  At MSHL we believe family caregivers are truly care partners.  We believe care can be a two-way street, the care-recipient being an active participant in their own care.  Also, while you are caring the majority of the care responsibilities, others have come alongside you to partner as well.  You are not alone!
